A Farmington man was arrested after police said he pinned another person against a wall, choked them and slammed them onto the floor during a domestic dispute in Canandaigua.

Khalif B. Foster, 25, was arrested June 22 at 5:37 p.m. after police investigated a June 6 domestic dispute at a Camelot Drive address, according to a police blotter entry.

Foster was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault.

Police said Foster was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
