A Canandaigua man was arrested on a bench warrant after police said he failed to update his address as required as a registered sex offender.
Kelly J. Boser, 45, was arrested June 15 at 6:20 p.m., according to a police blotter entry.
Police said the warrant was issued after Boser failed to update his address under his registration requirement.
Boser was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment and later released on his own recognizance.
