A traffic stop in Waterloo early Sunday morning led to drunken driving charges against a Seneca Falls woman, according to local police.
Jennifer A. Buckley, 52, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. May 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater.
Police said Buckley was stopped after allegedly failing to keep right and using insufficient turn signals. During the stop, officers conducted a roadside investigation and determined she was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Authorities said Buckley later registered a blood alcohol content of 0.09%. She was issued uniform traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
