A narcotics investigation in Seneca Falls led to the seizure of methamphetamine, fentanyl, crack cocaine, and drug packaging materials, resulting in felony charges against two local residents.
The Seneca Falls Police Department said its Criminal Investigation Division concluded the investigation Thursday with the recovery of approximately two ounces of crystal methamphetamine along with quantities of crack cocaine and fentanyl.
Police arrested Steven M. Foulkrod, 34, and Mariah C. Keeler-Ward, 20, both of Seneca Falls, following the operation.

Investigators charged both suspects with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, a Class A felony. They were also each charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, Class B felonies, and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, Class A misdemeanors.
Authorities said packaging materials consistent with drug sales were also recovered during the investigation.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the operation.
In a statement, the Seneca Falls Police Department said it remains committed to aggressively enforcing drug laws and protecting the community from illegal narcotics activity.
