A Rochester man who had been banned from Eastview Mall is facing trespass charges after deputies say he returned to the property over the weekend.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lahdon-Pierre T. Dillon, 19, at the mall in Victor around 4:12 p.m. May 3.
Authorities said Dillon had previously been banned from the mall for life following a burglary incident at Target.
He was taken into custody and transported to the sheriff’s office substation at the mall, where he was issued an appearance ticket and released.
Dillon is scheduled to answer the charge in Victor Town Court at a later date.
