A Fairport woman is facing a trespass charge after deputies say she returned to Eastview Mall despite a prior ban tied to a shoplifting incident.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Meghan C. Reagan, 29, at Dick’s Sporting Goods around 8:45 p.m. May 1.
Authorities said Reagan had previously been banned from the mall for two years following a shoplifting incident at Target.
She was taken into custody and transported to the sheriff’s office substation, where she was issued an appearance ticket and released.
Reagan is expected to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
