A 59-year-old man was taken into custody Tuesday after deputies executed a bench warrant stemming from a local court case.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reported that Steven W. Irish was arrested around 5:28 p.m. April 28 in Seneca Falls on a warrant issued out of the Town of Potter Court.
Deputies took custody of Irish from Seneca Falls police before transporting him to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
He was held pending arraignment through the centralized arraignment process.
