Police arrested a woman after finding her in a parked vehicle at a village park after hours.
Courtney L. Bason, 33, of Wayne, was taken into custody by Penn Yan Police.
Officers said they found Bason in a vehicle at Red Jacket Park after closing hours. While speaking with her, officers observed signs of intoxication.
Police conducted field sobriety tests, which Bason failed.
She was transported to Yates County Jail, where a chemical test showed a blood alcohol content of .18%.
Police charged Bason with aggravated DWI, DWI with a BAC of .08% or greater, driving while intoxicated, and open container.
Bason was later processed and released on tickets to appear in village court at a later date.
