Cornell admits 5,776 students to Class of 2030

Cornell University admitted 5,776 students to its Class of 2030, with regular decision notifications released March 26.

The incoming class includes students from all 50 states and more than 100 countries, reflecting a broad geographic mix.


University officials said the class represents a wide range of academic interests and backgrounds.

Students in the class plan to study fields including engineering, agriculture, business and the humanities.

Cornell said admitted students have until May 1 to accept their offers.

Campus visit events for admitted students are scheduled for mid-April.
