Deputies arrested a man March 24 after responding to a reported violation of an order of protection in Clifton Springs.
Justin E. Chilson, 39, of Geneva, was taken into custody following an investigation.
Authorities said deputies responded to Pleasant Street around 6:12 p.m. and determined Chilson had violated an order of protection issued against him.
He was located, arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail.
Officials said Chilson was scheduled to appear in CAP Court on the morning of March 25.
