Ontario woman charged after protection order violation

Deputies arrested a woman after investigating a reported domestic incident in the Town of Ontario.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jaymi Seitz, 35, of Ridge Road on Jan. 7, charging her with criminal contempt in the second degree and harassment in the second degree.

Deputies said the investigation found that Seitz violated a refrain-from order of protection involving a male victim. Authorities allege she threatened the victim during an argument.

Seitz was taken into custody and held at the Wayne County Jail. She was scheduled to appear for CAP court on Jan. 8 at 7 a.m.

The case remains under investigation.
