Juvenile charged after Waterloo property damage dispute

A 16-year-old was arrested Monday morning in Waterloo after police say property was damaged during a domestic dispute.

The juvenile, whose name is being withheld due to age, was taken into custody around 8:30 a.m. on July 7, according to the Waterloo Police Department. The teen faces a charge of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.

The incident occurred earlier that same day. Authorities allege the juvenile damaged property during the altercation. The teen was issued a juvenile appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at a later date.
