Police arrested a man early Tuesday after an investigation into a string of scrap metal thefts in Waterloo.
Lawrence J. Grebleski Jr., 45, of Ithaca, is facing two felony counts of fourth-degree grand larceny and two misdemeanor counts of fifth-degree conspiracy, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
Officers took Grebleski into custody around 7:50 a.m. on September 10 following the investigation into multiple thefts in the area.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he remains held pending central arraignment.
