Deputies arrested a man Saturday night in Stanley after a domestic dispute that violated a court order and involved children.
Timothy C. Spacek, 45, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a report of a physical domestic incident around 9:55 p.m. on September 13 at Spacek’s home on County Road 20. The investigation revealed the altercation violated an existing order of protection and took place in front of children.
Spacek was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held for arraignment in CAP Court. He is scheduled to appear in Seneca Town Court at a later date.
