Deputies arrested a man Sunday morning on an outstanding bench warrant tied to vehicle and drug charges.
Theodore J. Webster, 57, was taken into custody around 9 a.m. on September 14 at Farmington Town Court, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The warrant was issued after Webster failed to appear in court on multiple vehicle and traffic violations, as well as a charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail and held for arraignment in CAP Court. He is expected to appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
