Gmail is launching a new “Manage subscriptions” feature to help users quickly unsubscribe from marketing emails and newsletters, according to USA TODAY. The tool gathers frequent senders into one tab, letting users review and opt out with a click.
Instead of hunting through your inbox for unwanted emails, you can now see a list of subscriptions sorted by frequency and unsubscribe directly from Gmail. Google says this aims to reduce inbox overload from spam-like promotions and outdated newsletters.
The feature is rolling out gradually on desktop, with mobile support for Android and iOS expected later this month.
