A Syracuse woman has been charged with grand larceny following a theft investigation at the Dick’s House of Sport in Eastview Mall.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year-old Darsheilia D. Stroud was arrested on August 5 after investigators linked her to a May 31 incident in which two women stole merchandise valued at $1,074.92.
Stroud was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree and released with an appearance ticket. She’s scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The investigation was handled by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division.
