In the early hours of April 8, 2024, Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Lacey J. Saucier, 26, of Central Square, NY, after stopping her for speeding on State Route 13 near Stewart Park in the Town of Ithaca.
Saucier, who was driving a Lincoln Navigator, was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended license and under the influence of alcohol.
Saucier was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.18% or more, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, all misdemeanors.
She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ithaca Court on May 28, 2024.
