Police say a Rochester man was taken into custody on an arrest warrant out of Newark.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Watkins, 58, of Rochester for failure to appear in court.
Watkins was previously charged with criminal contempt.
He is due to appear in the Village of Newark Court at a later date to answer charges.
