State Police arrested Michael J. Burke, 35, of West Monroe, for robbery involving a machete. Troopers responded to a robbery report at 46 Pinnacle Road around 1:06 p.m. on Saturday.
The investigation revealed that Burke allegedly threatened a victim with a shovel and then a machete before taking the victim’s wallet and fleeing the scene. The victim was not injured.
Burke was charged with first-degree robbery, a class B felony. He was arraigned at Oswego County CAP court and held without bail.
