Police say a Lyons man was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Will D. Powers, 20, of Lyons for burglary, grand larceny, criminal mischief, and criminal possession of stolen property.
The charges stem from a burglary that occurred in May. It is alleged that Powers broke into an abandoned building, damaged property, and stole items from inside.
Powers was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
