As the national average for gas surpasses $4 per gallon, many Americans are looking for help from stimulus cash for gas.
These prices are a record high, and millions of Americans are unable to afford the cost.
Three representatives in Congress have introduced the Gas Rebate Act of 2022.
This would give Americans across the country $100 each to offset the price of gas.

Who will see the stimulus for gas?
The bill is not approved yet, but in order to qualify, individuals must make $75,000 or less.
If individuals make between $75,000 and $80,000, they’ll see a reduced amount.
Anyone making over $80,000 individually or $160,000 jointly will not qualify.

Democrats back the bill but it is unknown if Republicans will.
