The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clyde man after an erratic driver investigation.
Justin Bastedo, 33, of Clyde was charged with DWI in Junius on Thursday after a traffic stop along State Route 318.
According to deputies, Bastedo’s vehicle was driven into a ditch in front of a local business. Deputies investigated, finding that he was intoxicated.
Bastedo was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, and multiple other traffic violations.
He was transported to the sheriff’s office and released with an appearance ticket.
