A traffic stop was initiated after Miller was observed operating a vehicle with an obstructed license plate. After an investigation, he was found to be intoxicated and driving without an active license.

Deputies said his license had been suspended due to a previous DWI arrest and refusing to submit to a chemical test in that incident.

He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
