Blue York Shark Bait will be Beak and Stiff’s signature drink for the New York State Fair

Beak and Skiff has created a custom drink specifically for the New York State Fair.

The drink is called Blue York Shark Bait and uses 1911 Blueberry Vodka, lemonade and blueberries.

The drink is decorated with sugary candy and a candied lemon wedge as well as an edible straw.
