Earlier this month Seneca Falls police arrested a local man after a child abuse investigation.
James E. Maloii-Gable, 26, of Seneca Falls, was arrested by police after bruises were found on a young child, which prompted a child abuse investigation.
The incident was initially reported by Seneca County Child Protective Services (CPS) regarding a child who sustained bruises on May 22.
Further investigation revealed that Maloii-Gable subjected a 6-year-old child to the abuse. He was charged with child endangerment and issued an appearance ticket for local court at a later date.
