Police say a Seneca Falls man was taken into custody after a domestic incident investigation.
Dimar O. Morales, 31, of Seneca Falls, was arrested by police on Saturday following a domestic incident complaint.
An investigation revealed that Morales had subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact and held a knife to the victim’s throat.
Morales was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, a class A misdemeanor, Menacing in the Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor, and Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation. The victim did not sustain any injuries.
Morales was transported to the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Part Court. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
