Police say a Seneca Falls man faces an array of charges after a domestic incident.

Andrew P. Scarborough, 19, of Seneca Falls, was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Saturday at 11:23 a.m. for multiple charges stemming from a domestic incident.

Scarborough was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, and Harassment in the Second Degree.

The investigation revealed that Scarborough subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact and prevented the victim from leaving the residence, all in the presence of a young child.

While in police custody, Scarborough was disruptive, resulting in an additional charge of Obstruction of Governmental Administration. He was transported to the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Part Court. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims.
