Police report the arrest of a 59-year-old Seneca Falls woman following a trespassing incident.
Venessa Miller, 59, was charged with criminal trespass after she was found trespassing for a second time in the same week at Tops grocery store.
Police say Miller was banned from the store previously, and was not permitted to be on property.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
