Three now face charges after woman kills husband in Clyde

Three people have been indicted in the killing of a Clyde man, who was found in the Seneca River last week after going missing.

Rafael Martinez, 59, was reported missing the weekend before he was discovered in Cayuga County. A state police dive team found his body.

Linda Martinez, 53, was indicted on charges of second-degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and tampering with physical evidence.

Up until now, this was the only arrest that had been made public.

This week, two others were indicted on second- and third-degree weapons charges. They were also formally charged with tampering with physical evidence.

Police identified those individuals as 54-year-old Mark Shannon, and 27-year-old Brandon Williams.

All three are being held at the Wayne County Jail.
