Section V coaching legend Dave Whitcomb returns to Midlakes to revive football program

A familiar face will be back on the football sideline at Midlakes next season.

The hope is that Dave Whitcomb will bring back some familiar results.

Whitcomb, 68, was appointed as the football coach at Midlakes, where he coached from 1986 to 1997. He was 70-39-1 and coached the Screaming Eagles to two Section V championships.
