Lodi woman charged with DWI after driving into ditch on River Rd. in Seneca Falls

Police say a Lodi woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after officers observed her vehicle leave River Road and enter a ditch.

Emmalea M. Jorgensen, 22, of Lodi was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on the shoulder, and operating a vehicle with a BAC over 0.08%.

Police say her vehicle left the roadway and entered a parallel drainage ditch before they initiated a traffic stop.

The charges will be answered at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
