A Watkins Glen man faces two charges following an investigation on Lakeview Avenue, according to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
Adam J. Kerns, 46, was arrested June 21 in the village of Watkins Glen.
Kerns was charged with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest. Authorities did not provide additional information about what prompted the investigation.
He was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in Watkins Glen Village Court.
