A Seneca Falls man was jailed Tuesday after police responded to a reported fight and said two people were affected by his actions.

Police said Thomas subjected one person to unwanted physical contact and damaged property belonging to a second person.

Fourth-degree criminal mischief is a misdemeanor, while second-degree harassment is a violation. Thomas was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.

The charges are allegations, and Thomas is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
