A Geneva woman was charged with felony grand larceny after deputies said she took a vehicle in Waterloo and did not return it, according to the Seneca County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said Raven Robinson, 32, of Geneva, was arrested at about 9:04 p.m. July 1 in the town of Waterloo.
The arrest stemmed from a June 28 complaint that Robinson had taken a vehicle that did not belong to her and failed to return it to the victim, deputies said.
Robinson was later located in Rochester by New York State Police. The Sheriff's Office said deputies coordinated with State Police, took Robinson into custody and recovered the stolen vehicle.
Robinson was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, and third-degree criminal tampering, a class B misdemeanor.
She was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center in Romulus and was scheduled to appear in centralized arraignment court on July 2.
