An Auburn man faces felony and misdemeanor charges after police said he threatened his boyfriend with a pair of pliers during a domestic incident on Janet Street.
Auburn police said officers responded June 25 to 233 Janet St. after multiple neighbors reported two men arguing and fighting in the front yard.
Investigators said David Dymock threatened his boyfriend with the pliers and attempted to damage a vehicle window before the other man forcibly removed the tool from his grasp.
Dymock was later arrested and taken to Auburn Police Department headquarters for processing. He was then arraigned at the Cayuga County Jail, according to police.
Dymock, 39, of 233 Janet St., was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a Class D felony, and second-degree menacing, a Class A misdemeanor.
