A Hornell woman was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after a traffic stop in Seneca Falls, police said.
The Seneca Falls Police Department said Erica Spencer, 41, of Hornell, was arrested June 19 after officers stopped a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane.
Police said further investigation found Spencer was operating the vehicle while impaired.
Spencer was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and a moving violation. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
