Waterloo man accused of stealing more than $1,000 from former employer

A Waterloo man is facing a felony charge after Seneca Falls police say he stole more than $1,000 from a former employer during his time working there.

Police arrested Dawson A. Dressing, 26, on Tuesday afternoon following an investigation into the reported theft. Investigators determined Dressing allegedly took more than $1,000 in cash from the business while employed there, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.

Dressing was taken to the Seneca Falls Police Department, where he was processed on one count of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.

He was later released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court for arraignment on the charge.
