A Williamson man is facing multiple charges after deputies say they found him passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in the Town of Marion.
Francisco C. Lujano, 43, was arrested around 1:15 a.m. April 25 following a report of a suspicious condition on Deneering Road, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said deputies located Lujano sleeping in the driver’s seat and determined through investigation that he had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Lujano voluntarily submitted to a chemical test, which showed a blood alcohol content of 0.18%, more than twice the legal limit. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and additional vehicle and traffic violations.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in Marion Town Court on May 20.
