A convicted rapist violated a court order within minutes of leaving prison, according to WHAM, after showing up at a protected victim’s home in Attica.
Police later identified him as Leonard Hahn, now 27, who served nearly nine years for raping a child in 2016. Officers say he broke a full stay-away order the same day he got out and arrested him days later.
Authorities charged him with criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. He remains jailed without bail and is due back in court June 1, as police stress ongoing efforts to protect the community.
