Police arrested a Canandaigua resident following a traffic stop on South Main Street.
Katelyn E. Fullager, 28, was charged with driving while intoxicated after officers observed a vehicle equipment violation.
The stop occurred at about 10:37 p.m. on March 14.
Officers reported the vehicle had a license plate lamp out and said Fullager showed signs of intoxication.
Fullager was taken into custody and later released to a third party with an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
