Authorities arrested a woman March 22 after investigating a reported dog fight at a residence in Stanley.
Lisa Lovejoy, 48, of 4220 South St., was taken into custody and charged with animal cruelty.
Deputies responded to the home around 7 p.m. and, along with New York State Police, separated two dogs that were fighting.
Investigators said the dogs required veterinary care, which Lovejoy refused to provide.
Officials also cited a prior incident at the same residence on Feb. 7 involving inadequate care of the animals.
Authorities removed 10 dogs from the home. Two received veterinary treatment, and all were taken to the Ontario County Humane Society.
Lovejoy was transported to the Ontario County Jail for processing.
