Waterloo police arrested a driver over the weekend after a traffic stop for an uninspected motor vehicle.
Patrick M. Williamson, 37, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody around 10:52 p.m., according to police.
Police said officers stopped the vehicle for an inspection violation and determined during the investigation that the driver was intoxicated.
Authorities reported Williamson had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.13%.
Police also determined Williamson’s driver’s license was revoked for past DWI-related offenses.
Williamson was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a BAC greater than 0.08%, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a felony.
He also received uniform traffic tickets for the DWI offenses, aggravated unlicensed operation, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, and operating with an open container of an alcoholic beverage.
Williamson is scheduled to appear in the Town of Fayette Court at a later date.
