Deputies arrested a Canandaigua man after a traffic stop near the intersection of Brace Road and County Road 30.
David E. Bradley, 46, of Canandaigua, was charged with driving while impaired by drugs following the stop around 9:42 p.m. March 11 in the Town of Canandaigua.
Deputies conducted standardized field sobriety tests and determined Bradley was impaired by drugs before taking him into custody.
Further investigation found Bradley in possession of two controlled substances, leading to additional charges.
Authorities charged him with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, unlicensed operation, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
He also faces traffic violations, including operating without license plate lights, operating without operational brake lights, failure to stop at a stop sign, moving left of pavement markings, and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
Bradley was held at the Ontario County Jail awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.
