Downtown Auburn rallies against ICE (video)

Waving signs and flags through traffic, about 50 people packed downtown Auburn to protest President Donald Trump and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to The Citizen. The rally followed the fatal shooting of Renee Good, which protesters tied to federal immigration enforcement.

The demonstration, organized by Indivisible Cayuga, brought chants supporting immigrants and calls to abolish ICE. Some drivers honked in support, while others shouted insults as they passed.

Organizers urged attendees to pressure U.S. senators to restrict ICE funding ahead of a looming federal budget deadline.
