Pizza Hut is returning to Hornell after five years away, with a new store opening Jan. 1 at its old spot in the shopping plaza, according to the Evening Tribune.
The remodeled location at 1000 Route 36 will focus on carryout and delivery, with limited dine-in seating and no table service. It’s hiring around 35 employees and will offer orders via DoorDash and Uber Eats.
A quiet opening is set for New Year’s Day, followed by a grand opening on Jan. 5.
