The fourth week of the high school basketball season wrapped up Saturday with a handful of games across the Wayne-Finger Lakes region. The Marcus Whitman boys rebounded from their loss to Mynderse with a narrow win over Spencer Van Etten in the opening round of the Watkins Glen tournament. Meanwhile, the Wayne boys closed out their trip to Florida with a tough loss to Briarwood out of Alabama, despite a strong performance from senior Aidan Twist, who led the team with 27 points.
