A Rushville driver was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated early Thursday after a traffic stop in Ontario County, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies arrested Brittney J. Geguere, 33, around 2:14 a.m. near State Route 364 and County Road 18 following a roadside investigation.
The sheriff's office said Geguere was taken into custody without incident and transported to its office.
She was issued tickets alleging aggravated DWI and other vehicle and traffic violations.
Geguere is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
