A vacant Henrietta Red Lobster is getting new life as MOSU Asian BBQ & Hot Pot moves in, according to RochesterFirst.
The Albany-based chain plans to open its first Rochester-area location on Marketplace Drive, a project that needs no special-use permit thanks to the building’s existing restaurant setup. Town officials praised the reuse as a smart way to avoid long-term vacancies.
Site plans are posted on the town’s portal as the project advances.
