A new Tim Hortons is brewing along Route 31, giving Wayne County coffee fans another stop, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
Developers plan a smaller, drive-thru-focused location near the Oakridge Glen housing development, across from Lowe’s. The 1,400-square-foot shop has already secured local and county approvals.
Construction could begin soon, with a roughly 100-day build timeline that points to a fall opening. The site may also include additional commercial development, including another restaurant. This would mark the second Tim Hortons in Wayne County, joining the existing location in Newark.
